Being happy with your Living Ocean purchases is very important to us.
In general, if you are not satisfied with your purchase from Living Ocean you can return your item(s) for a store credit of the purchase price or refund (less the delivery charge) within 14 days of receipt of your items when applicable.
To arrange for a return, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org Please note you must contact us prior to returning any item. Returns to our corporate offices cannot be accepted.
Returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Your store credit will be processed and applied to your account as soon as possible. Living Ocean will send you a Credit Note email as confirmation of the refund having been processed.
Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after your credit is applied by Living Ocean for it to appear on your credit card account.
Alternatively, you may wish to choose Living Ocean store credit instead of a refund. Living Ocean store credit may be used for future purchases via the Living Ocean website. Where store credit is chosen, Living Ocean will send you a Credit Note email as confirmation of the store credit having been applied to your account. The credit will appear in your Living Ocean account, which is accessible by signing in to the website and accessing the My Account section.
