Pour l'océan will be a special event to celebrate the launch of the next phase on Living Ocean’s journey.

Hosted at a beautiful private residence, this intimate evening will feature a one-of-a-kind culinary journey exploring alternative seafood treasures, hand-picked from our own ocean by wild harvesting legend Greg Finn and beautifully prepared by Virginia Jones, a globally renowned chef trained in the original Tetsuya’s Rozelle kitchen, and private chef to the sheikhs.

 To complement this special seafood experience, Hickson House Distillery Co. will be mixing cocktails with its newly launched Hickson Rd Australian Dry Gin, distilled with the best of native Australian ingredients.

 This event will be a night of discovery and celebration ‘for the ocean’.
